This is the Home Page of the bells and bellringers of St Marys Church, Thornbury, South Gloucestershire.

Thornbury is about 12 miles North of Bristol, just off the A38.

For those with Sat Nav, the postcode of the church is BS35 1HQ. (Grid ref ST633906 for those using a map.) The church is located on the north side of the town by Thornbury Castle.

We have a beautiful church, with 8 bells and an active band of ringers. The bells were rehung in 1996 in a 10 bell frame – perhaps one day we will be able to afford another 2 trebles!

Ringers from other towers are always welcome to visit us. We ring for Sunday service from 10:00am to 10:45am each week and we practice on Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm to 9.00pm.
